Self-certification is pending. FMCSA doesn't pre-approve devices — they accept self-certifications and list the device on their registered list. We're preparing the submission now and will publish the registration number the day it goes live. Driver app is offline-first: duty status changes, DVIRs, document captures all write to local SQLite first, then sync when connectivity returns. The Output File for roadside inspection generates on-device too, so even a full cloud outage doesn't block compliance.
